About Jake
Online coach and everyday grappler.
I’m Jake Charette, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, coach, and lifelong student of the martial arts. With 20 years on the mats, I’ve trained, competed, and coached, always focused on applying what BJJ teaches to both training and everyday life.
What started as a personal journey to get better at Jiu-Jitsu turned into a passion for helping others. Along the way, I discovered that the discipline, mindset, and habits we develop on the mats carry over into everyday life.
